  Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

The CCEA certification program focuses on expanding the skills and knowledge beyond that of the Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) certification program. The CCEA certification provides a candidate with the tools and knowledge needed to administer, build, test, rollout and support of multiple Citrix products.

  Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA)

This CCIA program focuses on best practices recommended by Citrix for analysis, design, and build/test of Citrix technologies.The main incentive for candidates to pursue the CCIA designation is that candidates acquire the knowledge, expertise, recognition and credibility required for successful Citrix deployments. Another benefit is that this same knowledge and expertise, when applied to small-to-large implementations, reduces costs, increases implementation success rates and speeds up implementation time.

  Citrix Certified Instructor (CCI)

The Citrix Certified Instructor (CCI) program is for individuals who have demonstrated an exceptional knowledge of the Citrix Access Suite and underlying operating systems. CCIs teach Citrix professional courseware at Citrix Authorized Learning Centers (CALCs).

Exam Requirements :

Citrix Certified Instructors (CCIs) are required to have a thorough knowledge of Citrix products, classroom delivery and management techniques, and a fundamental understanding of learning styles.

1. Demonstrate satisfactory completion of one of the following industry trainer certifications approved by Citrix Education :
   • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
   • Certified Novell Instructor (CNI)
   • CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer + (CTT+)
   • Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI)
2. Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Citrix products and education curriculum by attaining one of the following certifications :
   • Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator for Citrix Presentation Server 4
   • Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator for MetaFrame Access Suite 3.0
   • Citrix Certified Integration Architect for Citrix Presentation Server 4
   • Citrix Certified Integration Architect for Citrix MetaFrame XP Presentation Server
3. Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft operating systems by passing a Windows Server 2003 Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) exam and providing evidence of MCP status.
4. Pass the associated exam for a course with a score of 80% or higher, (a) prior to teaching the course, or (b) within 30 days of when the final, post-beta, version of the exam has been released.
5. Provide proof of satisfactory completion of the appropriate Citrix Train-the-trainer (T3) (delivered by Citrix Systems, Inc.) and pass the included teach-back assessment.
6. Review and accept the CCI 2007 Subscription Program Agreement, on www.citrixcertmanager.com under Supporting Requirements.
7. Complete and submit the CCI 2007 Subscription Program Application Form.
