Microsoft Outlook Express is an email/news software program. It is a separate software program to that of the Outlook email program that comes shipped with Microsoft Office.
The latest version is 6, released in Aug 2006, and is free. It comes with Windows XP Service Pack 2.
Outlook Express is tightly integrated with the Windows Address Book or *.wab files.
